Locking Periods - Timesheets

This is known issue in Project Server 2003, for which there is a hotfix
available. You'll need to contact Product Support Services to obtain the
hotfix. I believe that the correct KB article for this issue is as follows,
however it doesn't specify the symptom exactly, so confirm with the support
rep that this is indeed the correct fix:

I went into Web Access Admin and set up time periods for timesheet
reporting and to use the locking periods feature. After setting them
up our group decided not to use the locking periods feature. I tried
to delete the time periods I set up without success. Now our entire
group is getting the message "Your timesheet has not been submitted
for the period 1/1/2004 - 1/15/2004" even though I've turned the
locking period feature off and I've approved everyone's time. Any
suggestions?
