Locking PowerPoint Presentations

As a Presentation Developer I am looking for a way of preventing others from
"borrowing" animation ideas from my presentations.

I've tried a number of options but none are full-proof. This includes
setting a security password to Modify, a security password to Open won't work
as the presenter then needs the password.

Yeah, there's really no foolproof method here. If it can be shown, it can be
borrowed.
