Locking Record problem

i use MS Access 2000 with ASP scripts
from time to time I receive such errors on the browser:

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine
cannot open the file '\\server2\...\sessions.mdb'. It is already opened
exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

Small file is appeared with such properties:
- Unknown application
- MS Record Locking File
....

I can't delete it manually. DB is openning in Access manually, but doesn't
work in scripts.

Any ideas?
