frontpage 2003, how to lock text on page so it looks right when viewed at
different resolutions site iswww.cityofsouthport.com, thanks for any help

Your table (first in the markup) containing the text "Welcome to the
City of Southport, NC" is a mess. You have open <tr> and <td> tags
that are not closed.
