Locking Watermark - Word 97 - 2000

Hello,
I inserted an image into a document. I converted that image to a watermark.
Each time I do something on that page, the watermark moves...
My question is, "How do I lock a watermark to a page"???

Try hitting Format-->Object (picture, whatever), and go to the Layout tab,
and tell it to be Behind text.
