log any changes to spreadsheet to another sheet in excel

How can I log any changes to made to one spreadsheet to another sheet in excel?
I would like to keep a running log of any/all changes made.

Lynda, will turning on Track Changes not work for you? To my knowledge there
is no way to keep a running total of changes applied to individual cells
other than Track Changes.
