Log Error after install

Hi folks.

Today I installed Project Server 2003 on a Windows Server 2003 as the Installation Guide says but I keep getting an error registered on Windows application log every two minutes or so. This is the error description:

SQL Server and Project Server are installed on different machines. I have not installed SharePoint.

Any ideas?
