Log on problem. Help

First of all thatnks for reading this.
Here is my problem.

I have Access 2007 from Office 2007.installed and I can't get into my
programs. It keeps on asking me for a password. I didn't create any User
groups or User Access security. I did run a program called "No Pass". I ran
that so it would show me how I could set one up.

Short of uninstalling Office 2007, is there away I can get back into my files?
If I reinstall Office will I have problems getting back into my files? I
can't run any files unless I put in a password that I didn't set up.
