Hello all, my team currently uses Outlook for our companies Tech Support
emails from customers. I'd like to monitor how long it takes us to reply to
an email or print a log which captures this information. I'm currently using
MS Outlook 2002 and Windows 2000. Does anyone know of anyway to do this?
