Logging in as Administrator to accept EULA

I installed Windows 7 and then reinstalled Office 2003. I want to accept the
EULA once and for all, and according to some of the previous posts, I have to
log in as Administrator. There is just me at home as the only user of this
laptop. When I log in, it only presents me with my name. How do I log in as
Administrator?

Thanks, Peter, but this link didn't tell me how to log on as an
Administrator. It just said to start there. I am still stuck. How do I log on
as Administrator?

This is so frustrating. I didn't have to do this before I installed Windows 7.

Any help would be most appreciated.
