logical functions with excel

Hi All,

I want to test some algorithms with excel. I was wondering if it
was possible to get function like bitwise and, bitwise or, bitwise
xor, negate between 2 or more cells ? number could be a string so
that they can he hexadecimal.

Thanks for the link. Do I just need to replace x and y by cells or
do I create a formula (I have just a basic knowledge of excel).

You can replace x and y by cell references.
