LOGIN ERROR MS PROJ SERVER SQL ERROR

Okay, I have a good one for you. I have 3 people who log
into the same domain and 2 of them get the following
error codes when they try and log into MS Proj Server.
SQL STATE 01000
SQL Error 11004
SQL STATE 08001
SQL Error 6

The person who can connect is running windows NT and the
other 2 are running Windows 2K. All of the machines have
the most current SP's for their operating systems, IE 6
SP1 and MDAC 2.8. When I used cliconfg and set TCP on

the Win2K macines I get the below error code, before that
they would get.
SQL STATE 01000
SQL Error 1326
SQL STATE 08001
SQL ERROR 17

I have run every test that I can think of and have been

through almost all of the Microsoft knowledge base
articles. TCP/IP is the only protocol set up on server.
They all have the same rights on the domain where they
log in.

We are a large company and have people scattered across
the US and EMEA. They sign into different domains
dependent on their locations. Could this be the problem?
