Login failed for 'MSProjectServerUser'

On startup I receive this error in the Application Event log. I cannot create an OLAP cube either, I hope they are related.

Doug:

On its face, it indicates that the account that the Project Server
application uses to access the SQL database is failing at logon. This would
mess up just about everything.
