Login Page Question

When a visitor goes to my login page at http://www.freisco.com/login.asp and
enters their username and password info and then hits the "login" button,
they are correctly routed to the next page. What I'd like would be, in
addition to sending the visitor to the next page, the "login" button would
also send me an email that captured the username, password, and IP address
of the person logging in.

How can I include this functionality in this login page?

Insights always appreciated!

Check w/ your host on which ASP mail handler they support and process the info for the mail handler
