Login Problems after moving PS 2003 to a new Hardware server

I have read the entries on moving hardware and followed the MS backup
restore process. However, any login I try is giving the fail login
message
I am only trying account with Project Authorisation

Any ideas

Do you get the PWA login page?
Or are you failing to get the login page?

I do get the login page. The message is the usual '5002 You have
entered an incorrect user name .....'
I even set up a specfic user in my current enironment, backed up and
restored to the new hardware but it still hates me??

Problem resolved
Issue related to rebuilding the special users MSProjectUser and
MSProjectServerUser.
Dropped and added them twice and this fixed it
