Login Prompt to server when accessing Project Server via PWA

We have just completed an installation of Project Server 2003 running on
Windows Server 2000. Project Server users (including the Administrator) on
our LAN can log in to Project Server via PWA, but when they navigate to the
Task tab, they are prompted for what looks like a userid/password from the
server.

Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?

I had this issue also. I believe it has something to do with the ActiveX
control in the page that you are navigating to.

Have you tried to uncheck the Windows Authentication in the
ProjectServer virtual directory ?

Martin:

Look in the MDAC virtual directory in IIS under you default web site and
make sure that there are no IP restrictions on the msdacs.dll file.
