Login to Project 2003

I have installed MS Project 2003 and Share Point Services according to
Microsofts Guide book. It is installed on a single server running
Server 2003. I am able to connect to the server with my windows login
but when I try to use any other Domain users accounts they get the "You
are trying to login with a windows account that is not on this server"
5002. Error. I have created the user account on the server but still
no luck . Can anyone help?
