Logo only printing on first page

I am using Access 2003
In reports, I created a merge type letter. Under the Page Header, I wanted
our Company logo. I tried copying, just the logo, to the header, but I got
this message - "OLE server isn't registered. To register the OLE server,
re-install it."

So I copied a full header from our Word letterhead that has the logo in it
and pasted that in the Access Page Header. On the screen, each page show the
full header with logo, but when I print the letter, the logo part does not
print. The rest of the header prints, but not the logo. Does anyone have
any suggestions, as to what I can do to get this to work correctly?
