Logo picture enlarge

I have chosen the 'Extension logo' from the Design Sets but I wish to have
the box to the left of the company name as a picture. I have changed the
picture but it remains too small. I would like to enlarge the 'logo picture'
to fill the 'logo' box which sits to the left of the company name. At the
moment it remains as a small picture inside a wide frame.

Please help
