Logo, please help

how am i able to change the Access Logo to my own
design Logo everytime when i open the Access application.
i don't want my user to see Access Logo everytime when
they open the application. I did not see where i can
change it even it the startup

Create a bitmap file with the same name as your application file and place it in the
same folder.
