Our Exchange serve is on a separate domain and we've always had to log into
outlook with our User Name, Password and Domain. The Logon box always kept
our User id and Domain name and we just had to fill in the passord.
After loading SP3 for Office XP, we now have to fill in all credentials
everytime. I found the registry entry for the fields and the infromation is
still there.
Did SP3 change the location for retention of the logon credentials. How can
I fix this, I know it's a small thing, but it's the little things the users
complain about.
