While attempting to add another instance of Project Server 2007, the
provisioning status initially shows as "waiting for resources" and eventually
disappears from the screen altogether after refreshing the status. When I
open the event viewer on the server I find the error, "Logon Failure: The
user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer". I have
attempted to create the additional instance both from a workstation and from
the server. Any assistance would be appreciated.
