I have a logo that was emailed to me in Word to use in a Publisher website.
My problem is that when I use it on different color backgrounds, I have to
recolor it manually. Is there a method of making it blend to any color
background? If not, how can I crop blank space from the outer edge?

You could make the background transparent. There are extensions that support
transparency such as .png and .gif.

Thank you. You are always helpful. I actually found the transparency tool
when I clicked on the logo. So simple.
