That is interesting to say the least. It must be a style
problem - probably thickness. The dynamic connector is a
normal shape in all ways except its dynamic behavior -
this means that if you applied the same properties to a
normal line, you would get the same results. Normal
lines inherit from a different style that is thicker (see
help for styles) but I believe the format shape toolbar
provides the line style or the menu item and toolbar
offer format/line to just override the line thickness.
If, as I suspect, you are interested in changing all of
your connectors, then you can either change the LOCAL
MASTER (on the document stencil) dynamic connector - or
select all the connectors you are interested in and apply
a different line width (or change the style to Normal).
This sounds like a Visio 2000 in Word 2002 problem or I
would expect this would be a known probalem and you could
find a KB article if it was Visio 2002.
