I figure this MUST be a FAQ 
(or a "you idiot! it's not a FA
since everyone knows and doesn't have to ask!), but here goes...
When I have wide tables that have footnotes (too much for a "footer")
and I set the lefthand columns as titles, the footnotes are truncate
on every page but the first when I print. Is there an easy way to sto
that, other than manually deleting and printing each page of data, o
copying the footnotes to NON-title columns for each page?
