I quote and receive quotes through email. I had been relying on my
Activities tab to track/review old quotes (emails) both sent and received.
How long will this info remain under a contacts activity tab? I had though
since Contacts were not archived that all their info under their activities
tab would be saved indefinitely...that apparently is incorrect. Can someone
please tell me the best way to ensure i can view items for a contact
indefinitely..or should i be saving them to another folder? Please help.
