Look up function

Hi,

I am trying to use the look up function, but it seem it does not work.
Below is my formula. Can someone help? Thanks.

Columm M155 - 132%

LOOKUP(M155,{1,0.9,0.8,0.7,0.6,0.5},{"OVERSPENT","STOP","PROBLEM","LITTLE","WATCH","WITHIN BUDGET"})

The lookup vector *must* be in *ascending* order.

Reverse the values in your formula.
