Look up, not down

Greetings all,

I want to find a specific value (1) across Row 3, then look UP to Row 1 and
return the corresponding name (e.g. Jim), as below. What formula do I enter
in cell A3??

This seems so simple, but I can't figure it out!
Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
