Can anyone help with this? When I select the Look Up Outlook Contact...
option after right-clicking on an email recipient, I receive a "Could not
find a contact with this email address" error message even though the email
address is in a Business Contact. It works for non-BCM Outlook Contacts.
Business Contacts is selected on the Outlook Address Book tab of Business
Contact Properties dialog box.
