Look up wizard

We are trying to design a table that has a look up field.
We want it to look up from another tables look up field,
which is a list. Can we do this?

Bad move. Design the tables and create the relationship. Only takes a few
minutes longer, and you will save _hours_ trying to disentangle the buggy
mess that lookup columns cause later on.
