Looking for a document for NEW Access app USERS (not developers)

I'm looking for a document that I can give to 10 - 20 people who will be
using a simple Access application for the first time. Something like "Access
data operations for dummies (uhhhhhh......"newcomers"?)" that would explain
things like: basic keys (Tab, Enter, Backspace,.....), Record scroll bar,
field scroll bar,Current Record Button, etc etc. Hopefully less than 5 pages.
For use in conjunction with a 3 - 5 page writeup on how to use the specific
application.

I've made a few of those in my day, but have you made your own toolbars? If
so, then you probably don't want to describe functionality that doesn't
exist.

If you haven't, you may not want to describe any functionality that you
don't want the users to use.
