Looking for a Groove developer

We're creating a small application and while we thought we'd be able to wing
it, I think at this point we need someone with Groove development experience.
Any ideas on where to find such a person? We're in Redmond, WA ( You'd
think that would make it easier, but no such luck ;-) Thanks!
