Looking for a TEXTBOX that works for both Windows and Mac Excel

I am making a textbox in Windows Excel, but when the user opens it in Mac,
the computer states the textbox can only be viewed in "designer mode".. Is
there a textbox that works for both?

Use the Textbox from the Drawing toolbar.
