Looking for calendar program

I am looking for a calendar program that will auto transfer information I
enter from year to year so I only have to enter it once. I found a few
templates in MS Word that I like the format of but I doubt Word will let me
transfer info from one document to another correctly (i.e. one year to the
next). Are there any programs out there that look like the 2008 Julian
Calendar with room for notes template in MS Word? I could care less about
the color scheme, it's the room for notes I especially like. My windows
calendar program doesn't seem to have this feature. Or maybe it does and I
just can't find it...is there a way to add "room for notes" to my windows
calendar? Any input would be helpful. Thanks,

*-Becky

I'm not quite sure what you mean - if however you create a new item in
Outlook Calendar, there's PLENTY of room to write notes in it....

I think I've narrowed down a few more characteristics I'd like to see...
I may be being very picky and maybe there are no programs out there like
this (maybe someone should write one!)
I guess what I'm looking for is more of a scheduler than just your everyday
calendar program.
What I'd like to do is click a button called "Add New Birthday" and be able
to type in a person's name and the date and have it show up every year on a
monthly calendar. "Add New Anniversary" would be cool too, or maybe it could
keep track of how old the person is by providing a space for "Age" and adding
one every year. I would also like it to be able to schedule events like
appointments and daily, as well as monthly, to do lists. I recently bought a
program called Any Time Organizer which is pretty cool, but has no
distinction between birthdays and regular events (i.e. I have to schedule a
birthday into a time slot from 3:00 to 4:00 instead of just designating the
whole day as a special day). Any clues as to any programs similar to what
I've described? I appreciate any and all info!!!
