looking for data on when something actually entered

I am in a dispute about a meeting that I say never happened and someone else
says did. It is now entered on this other person's calendar as though it
were scheduled for May 3, 2007. Is there a way to see when this meeting was
actually put onto the calendar? I have access to this calendar and can
schedule things on it myself. Can I also see WHO put it on there? This
could actually end up being rather significant. thanks for any and all help.
Just wanting to verify the truth.

Yes. You can view the calendar in "Category" view.
- Select the Outlook VIEW menu
- Select ARRANGE BY
- Select CURRENT VIEW
- Select BY CATAGORY

Add a field to the view called "Created".
- Select the Outlook VIEW menu
- Select ARRANGE BY
- Select CUSTOM
- Click the FIELDS... button
- Highlight the CREATED field in the box on the left
- Click the ADD-> Button
- Click OK
- Click OK again

Now look for the meeting in question and see when the meeting was created.
