Looking for good java menu system

I'm trying to find a good Java-style menu system (or another language) that
looks like the Windows Explorer style, with files and expands as necessary.

Anyone know where I can find something like that? I've been looking with no
luck. It also has to be able to put the links into any frame.

Another option would be a system that drops down as each major category is
selected, and then displays the sub-categories below the main one clicked.

there are some scripts you could use at www.dynamicdrive.com there are also
a bunch of desktop applications that will do it for you. some are weak and
some are good. i've been using one from http://software.xfx.net/ and like
it a lot.
