Hi, I'm looking to add the proflwz save my settings wizard. Office 2003 had
it, but I am unable to find it for Office Enterprise 2007? Any suggestions?

Hi D-Man,

Office 2007 uses the built in (to setup.exe) Office Customization Tool (OCT) to create .MSP (rather than .MST) patch files for
customization and relies on a combination of the
Office 2007 Migration Plannning Manager (OMPM) and the Windows tools for migrating settings rather than its own 'Save My Settings'
feature, as in previous versions.

The Office Resource Kits from Office 97 through Office 2007 are available through http://microsoft.com/office/ork

Hi, Bob, the weird thing was that the old office migrate tools was on my
vista system before I reformatted it due to other reasons [proflwz]. I even
restored some profiles on my other 2007 office/vista machine. Thanks for your
reply.

Hi, Bob, the strange thing is that the proflwz tool was on my vista/office
2007 computer and I was able to back-up the office profile settings only and
then restore it on another vista/office 2007. I don't know how it got there
unless it was an office update or something? Strange? Anyway, I'll check on
this site. Thanks for your reply.
