Looking for next logical step

Right now I have a Access Data Base. I have a web site with a Form. I
want to get the information from the form to the web site. What is the
next logical step for me to take.

If all you want to do is add new records to the database, you could do this:

If you want to add new records, and edit or delete existing records, you
could use the FrontPage Database Interface Wizard:
