Looking for Notebook Template

I used to have a template for PowerPoint 2003 that I'm trying to find. It
was a single notebook page with a brown spiral on the left. The page itself
was blank--no lines. I don't see it on the Microsoft web site. Does anyone
know where I can find it?

Thanks. I did find that one, but I thought I remembered one with a brown
spiral and a white background. I'm probably not remembering it correctly.
