Hi TM,
There is the Quick Access toolbar located to the right of the Office Button.
There is a drop-down list next to this toolbar, you can use the commands in
there to add, remove or move buttons in this toolbar. You can also right
click a button found on the ribbon and use the contextual commands to add it
to the Quick Access toolbar. You can move the toolbar below the ribbon for a
bit more room. Hope this helps!
