Looking for some whitepapers and guidance

Hi, folks

Does anyone have any pointers to the following:

1. Whitepapers/guidance on prescriptive change management
2. Guidlines/studies on how to estimate the actual workday, i.e., instead of
8 hours of work we might make an assumption that the actual work derived
from a day is 6 hours of productive work.
