Just installed Lookout v1.2 with Outlook 2002.
It works very well for searching e-mails, but I have 2 questions.
The help button in Outlook just doesn't work. Any suggestions how to solve
this?
I have reinstalled, but no effect. The help file is present.
Secondly, and more important, searching for files doesn't seem to work.
I have included the whole C drive and indexed all the documents, but it
doesn't find the
file I was looking for. It is a .txt file and this extension is included in
the criteria.
