Lookup form for query results

Kim

First, thanks to all the people on this forum who have helped me, I'm
becoming much better at Access daily! I've become much more proficient in
Access, but alas, I am once again confounded :)

Here's what I would like to do:
I would like to create a form from tblProjects displaying all of the fields
from that table. The fields should all be blank as I would like to use them
to do a search for records. For example, if I am looking for a project and
all I can remember is the phone number, I would like to enter that in the
phone number field, hit find, and the entire record should be displayed on my
form

I know that I need queries to run, but beyond that, no idea. Any brilliant
suggestions out there? Thanks in advance!

Hi Kim,

I have some examples that I can send to you. If you are interested, send me
a private e-mail message with a valid reply-to address. My e-mail address is
available at the bottom of the contributor's page indicated below.

Please do not post your e-mail address (or mine) to a newsgroup reply. Doing
so will only attract the unwanted attention of spammers.

I would like to know the same thing, but I do not know how to send you a
private email as I do not have your email address.
