I want to create a spreadsheet to calculate material usage on an hourly
basis throughout the week in order to monitor stock and predict when I need
to reorder. Usage varies depending on the product being run and so my idea
is for one spreadsheet to contain the following columns RecipeID, Batches
Per hour, Batch Quantity, Usage per hour, rows will then be one hour per row
from Monday through till Sunday, a second spreadsheet will contain a table
with the following columns, RecipeID and Batch Quantity. What I am looking
for is a formula that will look up the Batch Quantity from the second
spreadsheet when a RecipeID is entered on the first spreadsheet.
