Hi! I am trying to set up a db for a research project
that contains several questionnaires. I noticed that
several of the questions contain the same answer, either
yes or no and true and false.
I have two questions: 1. what would be the best way to
start to set up my tables? Each form will have its own
form ID and Name.(other table has pt id, and demographic
information.)
Two: What would be the best way to set up each field.
Should I use the lookup wizard on each question? I didn't
know if later on this would cause me more problems or
or should I create a seperate table with
yes=value1/no=vlaue0 true=value1 /false =value0 and link
them?
