lookup using a combo box

Hi,

I've used the "user form combo box" VB to create a drop down list with more
than 25 items (2003). Is it now possible to create another user form combo
box based on the result from the 1st box (I may have 25+ items again for the
second).

IE: I have 50 states (1st combo box) and for the 2nd dropdown I want
"salesperson" (based on the state). If it is possible I would like to add a
3rd (and maybe a 4th) drop down based on the 2nd drop down value etc...

Can this be achieved?

TIA,

AW

Greg,

Thanks for the idea, I'm going to give it a go and see how it looks.

Nice website too, added to my fav's ;-)

AW,

The gnarly part is buildling the data tables that define the list entries.
I have tinkered with the idea more since posting that tips page. While the
method used with the PC selection form works, it gets ugly fast. I think
the method used with the Taxonomy example is a little cleaner. I have a
sample document with the code cleaned up a bit that works with four
conditions. Shoot me e-mail if you want (you can use the feedback link on
the website) it and I will send it on to you this evening.
