If a lot of us who answer questions had our way the message would say
"you should not run more than zero instances of the lookup wizard".
:-{)

The Lookup Wizard is VERY misleading and - in a serious application -
totally useless. See http://www.mvps.org/access/lookupfields.htm for a
critique.

That said... try Compacting the database.
