Looong time to open

Hi,

I have a client who is experiencing wait times of up to 10 minutes when
opening the resource pool (Tools-Build team...) or projects from the server.
The pool contains only 400 users so it shouldn't interfer?! Yes, the AD is
connected to Project Server 2003 and SQL Server over a WAN. Do you have any
ideas?

If WAN latency is greater than 30ms, then you'll need to move to citrix or
terminal services to get the performance your customers demand.
