loop two shows problem

K

kim

Hi
I am trying to connect two shows the second to loop back to the first slide
of the first show.
Followed instructions as detailed here
http://www.masterviews.com/2005/04/02/how_to_show_two_presentations.htm
which is stabdard way of doing it.
It works if I have only two slides in the second show. If I have more than
two slides it just loops back to the first slide of that show. If I delete
the extra slides it works OK again. Tried loads of different settings but now
stumped!
Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks

You could just put action buttons on the last slide (or all slides if you
want) in pres 1 hyperlinked to other presentation (the looping show.)

Either escape will take you back to pres 1 where you hyperlinked from.

OR

If you need to go straight to slide one then you will need to insert action
buttons in the looping show hyperlinked to other presentation and pointing at
pres 1

Hi Kim,

On the second show, try unchecking the loop until escape option under the
slideshow setup dialog. You will need this on the first show, but the
second show is a part of the first and will be called on each loop of the
first show.
