Loose ability to check or send mail after a few hours......

I have Cox as my cable provider, outllok works fine for about a hour or two
and at such time I receive a error when trying to send/receive that I cannot
contact any of the ISP's I check (I have two cox accounts and a work account)
If I reboot my computer no problem for the next few hours.

If I connect outside of the cox network (via work Lan or Verizonwirless
Aircard) I have no problems.

Of course, Cox says they only support Outlook Express so they cannot help me.

Any advice would be helpful.

Same problem using 2002 or 2003.
